DESCRIPTION:\nJoin us at our next South West Community Network get together at the Palat Cafe!\nOur next network meeting will be on Wednesday 27 May and we will visit the Palat Cafe for the first time as a group. Recently recommended by one of the members, the Palat Cafe offers an affordable and delicious menu, a great atmosphere and excellent service.\nThis meeting will focus on goal setting. Each member will be invited to set one personal goal to work towards, before our June meeting, where we will revisit and reflect on progress. Goals can be big or small and can be related to any topic. This session aims to encourage motivation and strengthen how the group can support each other.\nWe look forward to catching up with our usual network members, as well as hopefully seeing some new faces like we did last month!
