Support Work at AQA

Resourcing people to live well.

At AQA we consider our people to be our greatest asset. We recognize their passion and we value the work they do.

As a Support Worker with AQA, you’ll take part in our industry leading training program, preparing you to provide high quality support to our clients. This program is delivered by a mix of subject matter experts including Support Workers, Allied Health professionals and people with a lived experience of disability. This approach ensures you are confident and equipped with the right skills to support our diverse range of clients and their diverse needs. Some of the topics covered include urinary and catheter care, bowel care and a range of training in equipment and safety.

We are constantly growing and need Support Workers across most parts of Victoria. By joining us you will be part of a diverse, inclusive and collaborative team that is guided by our values of: Integrity, Respect, Excellence and Trust. A career with AQA will offer you opportunities to build your skills and capabilities.

We encourage people from different backgrounds to apply, and also encourage students to apply to gain practical experience. Current vacancies and application instructions are available on Seek or Indeed.
