Women’s Community Network 27 June
AQA Women’s Network Online Yoga Session!
We welcome you to the next Women’s Community Network meeting on Saturday, 27 June at 11am for an Online Yoga session, hosted by Sal Dema.
This guided yoga session is specifically designed to be accessible and enjoyable from a seated position. It will focus on gentle movements, breathing and relaxation techniques that support body and mind. Benefits of yoga include improved flexibility and circulation, reduced stress, enhanced strength and posture, and better mental clarity and focus.
Whether you are new to yoga or already have some experience, this is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, recharge and connect with other women in a safe and inclusive environment.
